Late check-in left little room for relocating. The staff could benefit from better training to improve customer interactions, similar to what's seen in other hotel chains.

Late-night check-in left me stuck with it, as moving locations wasn't an option. The bed felt a bit cramped for two, which might not suit everyone's fancy, especially if you're expecting more space.

Candlewood had a great outdoor swimming pool that was perfect. The location was convenient. I really appreciated the friendly service from the staff, especially the night clerk, were very good to help with my arrival after midnight.

I stayed for 15 nights in a studio suite with two queen beds and had the best time! Teagan and Vanessa were super helpful, explaining everything like pros. Total gem! I loved the free laundry and the board games. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit better.

I felt very much at home enjoying great amenities like free laundry, board games, and a comfy room. My stay was extended because I was so comfortable.

Family with children will find it okay

The room was nice, bed was comfy. The front desk guy was really nice and accommodating, thought he'd refund the pet fee after we arrived late. That was very considerate of him.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was somewhat okay.

The hotel provided good amenities and a comfortable space, especially the kitchenette. There was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the sink that ruined the experience. The cleaning was also a concern, as the floors appeared dirty during the stay.
